Be prepared!

When it's time to go give birth in hospital, every mom wants to be prepared. The last thing you want to worry about is whether you've forgotten your toothbrush or your baby's first outfit.

I know there are hundreds of hospital-bag checklists on the internet but this one is different because it is prepared especially for Kuwaiti moms; I know exactly what you need to pack for the big day ladies!

Below is a comprehensive list of items to pack for the hospital bag prepared by myself when i was pregnant. Please let me know if there's anything else i can add to this list.

For you:

Admission papers
Medium sized bag
Shampoo/Conditioner
Shower gel
Bath sponge
Facial cleanser
Body moisturizer
Face Moisturizer
Hair dryer
Hair brush/Comb
Hair band
Hair clips
Tooth brush
Tooth paste
Deodorant
Body powder
Towel
Makeup bag
Underwear (with everything going on down there after giving birth, you will have to wear the granny panties.. sorry ladies)
Nursing bras
Breast pads
Socks (thick ones)
Pajamas with front opening tops for breast feeding
Night gowns/robes
Slippers
Small mirror (put it in the drawer next to your bed)
Going home clothes
Shoes
Mobile
Mobile charger
Camera
Camera charger

For the baby:

Onesies (6 or 7)
Wraps/blankets
Hats
Mittens
Bibs
Purping cloths
Plastic bags (put in each plastic bag a onesie with its blanket, hat, bib and mitten in order to save time)

Don't worry the hospital will provide everything else...

I recommend that you pack your hospital bag by the end of your second trimester just incase you go into an early labor.
