Why don't you renew your commitment with a RING every 5 years? A ring is a classic anniversary gift; It has a sentimental value and makes a great gift for both men and women.
In the years in between, give each other personal and romantic gifts (they don't have to be expensive) something like a slideshow of your photos together would be really sweet. You can also dine in a nice restaurant, go to a concert together or (if you want to spend a little more) go on a trip together!

A quick tip: Make your spa reservations way in advance and take the time to plan out what treatments you'd like. I recommend the Shirodhara in which warm herbal oil is gently poured on the forehead and the scalp is tenderly massaged.
